bjeet reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is confirmed, bjeet may immediately suspend the account, void any pending bets or game results, forfeit any balance in the account, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

The bjeet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bjeet does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. bjeet shall not be liable for any service interruption resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, telecommunications failures, or any force majeure event beyond bjeet's reasonable control.

bjeet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading personal information at the time of registration or during subsequent verification processes.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected engagement in any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 6 of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or use of automated betting tools.
